I've been involved in athletics nearly my whole life. From the time I was about 3, I was involved in competitive club swimming, all the way up to the end of high school. During my middle school and high school years, I was involved in several other sports, including Golf, Track and Field, and Tennis. When I entered College, I began bodybuilding for fun, as well as participating in Collegiate and Competitive Cheerleading. After graduation, I began Olympic Weightlifting, where I would progress up to the National Level.

I have been fascinated with Exercise, Diet, Health, and Performance for a long time, and my goal with First Attempt Weightlifting is to be able to provide a competent, and affordable, Training and Diet program that will give you the solution to your personal fitness and competitive goals on the first try. It's not easy finding a Diet or Training program that will not only help you initially, but in the long term. It's even harder to find one that will help you long term with out additional costs. My belief is that you're already paying enough money when it comes to your gym memberships, groceries, and other aspects of your fitness or competitive journey, that plans that supports you shouldn't make those other payments impossible to fulfill.
