This Diet Plan offers either a Cutting or Bulking Template format. Cutting will help you with reducing body fat while maintaining muscle mass; while the Bulking templates are designed to help put on muscle mass while reducing fat mass development.
This Diet Plan is for athletes training for high level CrossFit (Regional+ or Equivalent) or Hybrid Sport (combination of endurance and strength/power) .
Each Plan comes with the following features:
- Sequential progression of your Diet Plan option from a Starting Base Diet, to a new Base diet.
- Scheduled eating plans based off of time of training (morning, early afternoon, late afternoon, evening)
- Scheduled eating plans based off of intensity of training (Off day, Light, Medium, Heavy)
- Instructions to help you better utilize your diet.
