Training Plan Option

When choosing a Training Plan Option, refer to the following guidelines:

  • Beginner: >2 years
  • Intermediate: 3-5 Years
  • Advanced: 5+ Years

This is a 6 Month (4 Weeks) Training Template.  This Training Template is designed to help you progress and through Olympic Weightlifting at a progressive pace.  While the Template is 6 Month's, it is more like 6 Mesocycles, so you can repeat each cycle as many times as you want.  Features include:
